印度国际可再生能源展是印度当地甚至是南亚规模最大的国际可再生能源专业展览会，由UBM公司旗下印度展览公司举办，该展会得到了印度政府的大力支持。展会创办于2007年，在保持原有各种特色的基础上，从08年2个馆发展到15年7个馆同步开放。在2015年的展会中，展会面积更是达到了50000平方米。由于是官方主办，加上UBM公司强力的配合操办。政府性质很强，因此展会效果突出、市场前景广阔，产生的经济效益十分明显。
在2015年的第九届印度国际可再生能源展，展会得到各方的大力支持，展会效果空前。展会共吸引来自33个国家的315位展商，如中国英利、尚德、天合光能、LDK、Juwi、正泰、First Solar、超日、TATA、ABB、精功科技、西门子、SUNPOWER、SOLAR FIRST 、阿特斯、Solar Frontier、晶澳、杜邦，维斯塔斯，GE，苏司兰，哥美飒，INOX等等众多国内外知名企业亮相，展会展位总面积达到51000平方米。在此展会中，共开展能源会议38个，主讲人共有201位。展会共吸引印度本地和外国采购贸易商25822名，观展商87569名。也吸引了2755个采购代表团。

展会特色：
India has one of the largest and most ambitious renewable energy programmes in the world with a target of 15 % generation by 2020; major advantages include solar energy potential of 750 GW and wind energy potential of 100 GW. The Government of India has announced ambitious targets for renewable energy and is committed to ensuring sustainable inflow of capital to achieve them, along with the significant reduction over the past decade in the costs of generating renewable energy. India is becoming the most sought after destination for investment in this sector. The sessions are structured as an interactive panel discussion bringing together leading Indian and global renewable energy developers, financial experts, sector knowledge experts and investors to discuss the key issues and trends related to Renewable Energy, status of Solar and Wind power in India, strategies to scale it up to achieve 100 GW and 70 GW by 2020, Policy interventions, manufacturing reach, financial viability of projects whilst mitigating risk, Smart Grid Pilot Projects, Geothermal Energy Status and Bio Energy are some of the key topics that will be deliberated upon at the upcoming conference.
